The Prime Minister is in the middle of his speech when the A11 with the insulating coating fails to break through the outer shell. He orders that the Electromagnetic Gun be delivered and that a breakthrough be made. He sends out all the warships to help rescue the citizens. Everyone runs away, and the Prime Minister tells them to move to the Air Defense Shelters on the map, where he will guide them to safety
