In this chapter, the narrator explains that he has been chosen to be an immortal in the "world of superpower bang no way" . He feels that he should have been injured in the earlier battle with the Buddha, and that it is important for him to learn the Eight Great taoist Mantras so that the Buddha will not be able to easily defeat him. He wonders why the eight people split up and attacked him, and he wonders if they would be stronger as one. The wound should not be too bad either, he says. The narrator asks if he is afraid of the suburbs. He says that he is here to claim his life. The two of them cannot hold on for long, and the narrator curses them for looking down on him.
