About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that criminals have dumped tons of waste into the ocean, creating many marine creatures to mutate. The heroes' association sent two super-heroes to find out what's going on, and they find that the waste is coming from a nearby nuclear power plant. Super-heroes are super-human and super-powerful, so they can do whatever they want with the waste. The president of the power plant asks if he can speak to the water witch, and the host of a super-powers radio station answers that he's done talking to the plant's president. The host of the radio station says that he just finished talking with the plant president, and he'll find the source of all the pollution and separate it from the sewage. He says that if the plants president thinks that the sewage isn't safe, he will pour it into the body of the person who thinks it's safe. He also says that the owner of the livestock school is disgusting, and that he doesn't deserve his soul. He'll have to go back to his pigsty school to get his flesh back. The Host of the Super-Powers Radio Station says that there's no way that livestock can be allowed to go out on the streets, because the government has laws against discrimination against powerless people.
