In this chapter, we find out that the guy named Dongfang has been chosen to be an immortal in the super-powers of the future. He's a super hero, but he's also a super-villain. He shows up at the base of the army and tells the guys to stop fighting with him. He tells them to stop killing each other, and he tells them that he'll stop killing them if they stop killing him.
