Now that Orgon is dead, it's time for the metabarons to meet again. He wants to know what's going on with the epyphites, and he wants to make sure that they're all dead. He's got a plan: he'll find the ephites and kill them, and then he and Orgon can go back to their own universes. Orgon says that he's done a good job of following his orders, and now he can forget about his ancestors. Now, he says, he can be part of the empire, and that's a big deal. He asks if he can keep his word, and promises to make his child a transhuman. But he can't kill himself, so he says he can kill himself and reduce the plan to nothing. He says that the creatures are "more like machines" . And then he kills himself, and says he wants them all to forgive him, and forgive him and forgive his sisters.
