The fairy tells Wendy that she's going to meet the dragon at the valley tomorrow. She wants to talk to her about the missing people in the village. She's been trying to figure out a way to get them out of the village, but she can't figure out how to get rid of the ghost. The ghost has been haunting the village for half a year now, and the only way to stop him is to convince someone to leave the town with her. The fairy wants to know why the ghost is haunting the people, and she tells her that the ghost has just done a wall-to-wall beating on the people. She tells the ghost that she needs to fight back, but the ghost won't do it because she doesn't want to fight the dragon. She also tells the fairy that the bandit clan has arrived, and that they're in league with the bandit clans. She asks the ghost to give her the secret, so that she can tell the whole story to the whole village.
