It's morning in the village, and Hiroyuki and Hiroshi are trying to figure out what's going on. Hiroyuki's father has told Hiroshi to stay away from the dragon valley, but Hiroyuki doesn't want to go because he's worried about his feelings for his daughter. He's also worried about how he'll be able to pay back the village for all the help they've given him.
