In this chapter, we learn that the primary student in the 3rd grade class always has official information about the other students in the class, and that the student who has the most official information is the one who bullies the most students. The teacher's assistant asks the student if he has any information about a man named "man mei" , and the student says that he doesn't, because he has a "background" and "sources" that are empty. The student then tells the teacher that the man is an "autistic child," and the teacher says that the child is "an autistic child" . The child then asks the teacher to keep the secret of the man's background, because the child wants to know more about him.
