In this chapter, we learn that the protagonist, named Shmoo, has finally won the lottery to win three radish dumplings. Shmoo has been waiting for this prize for a long time, and finally he has won it. He's so excited that he can't stop eating the radish dumplings, even though they're still sold out. He wants to know why the red bean dumpling is in the red tray, and why the radish dumpling isn't in the green tray. But Shmoo doesn't want to give up, and he's determined to win the lottery even if it means that he'll have to eat his dumpling.
