One move and he dies, says the cat, and he's a hostage. He doesn't know why, but he thinks it's because his dad is trying to steal his glory. He's got his own weapon, so he can kill him and his dad at the same time. The cat says he'll kill them all together, and then he can take all of the glory for himself. He says the whole world hates him for being a dirty dog, and that's why he finally figured out he was no better than his dad. He wants to kill his dad and his dog, too, with his trusty weapon.
