Tamura tells Hiroshi that he can't catch him, because the tires are already drying out, and that's when Hiroshi will have to stop. He says it'll be his turn to catch Hiroshi, and then Hiroshi says that Tamura is already behind him, so they're going to have to hand it over to him.
