About This Chapter
Solyon is in a bad mood. He's been shot in the arm and his blood is all over the place. He doesn't know where he is, but he's worried about what his friends are thinking of him. He wonders if he'll ever be able to be friends again, since he lost his friend in a duel and the woman who loved him didn't even look at him after that. He feels like he has fallen behind his friends, and that's not a good thing. He says that acting is a great way to live, because it allows you to be someone else. He tells us that he hears that he went missing and that he spoke to him back then. He wants to go find him, even if he can't see him, because he gave him a voice, a voice that no one else can hear. He asks if he has any money, and says that he wishes that the guy who's quitting the stage would give them a raise. He also asks if there's any chocolate in the room, and he says that there isn't. He goes off to get it, and when he gets back, he realizes that he hasn't cleaned the room.
