In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, who is introduced as "Sarah ro," the manager of "Tokyo" . We learn that "Sarah" is the real name of the young woman who is the object of Tokyo's affections. We also learn that she is a "samurai and swordsman," and that she has a sword in her tour bus. She asks to be taken to another part of the city, where she can watch a movie with her friend, "Neo." She also wants to know how he studied the blade on the sword, and she asks him if there is anything she can do for him. He tells her that there is one more place he wants to go to, but he and "Neo" are his body guards, and they shouldn't be allowed to leave his sight. He says that he doesn't need them, because he is on a mission to "extra tokyo," which means that he needs to help cover as much ground as he can.
