The two guild leaders, fuze and clover, meet to discuss marsh's condition. They decide to take him to the playground because he's "out of control" and they don't want to upset him. They're late for their meeting, so they call someone from their guild to arrest the kid. The two of them decide to meet again in a few days to deal with the situation.
