"The road beyond bump" is the title of this short scene. It's set in a dark, dingy room in a ship in the midst of a hurricane. The ship is empty, so why are they there? Vincent wants to take the helm, but he can't get to the top of the ship's sails. He's afraid that if the ship doesn't make it to the shore, they'll drown. Vincent tells everyone to get down on their hands and knees and take over the helm. They did it, he says, and they brought the passengers to the harbor. Miss dinah comes running in with the news that Vincent has been stabbed in the chest with a loose pin. She tells Vincent to hang on, but Vincent says that he's going to be back soon. They're lucky that he brought the apple along with him, because it will save his life. They say that they're just going to meet again soon, and Vincent asks if they can meet again in a matter of time.
