The scene opens with a conversation between the director, xia, and the young man, gu yiran. The young man tells the director that xia isn't feeling too well, and that she's going to see a doctor today. He wants to know if xia is in an "unstable condition" and if he's influenced by her. The director tells him that he hasn't been influenced by xia too much, and asks if he has been with her too much. He then asks if the two of them have been friends for a while, and xia says that they haven't. He asks if they've been together for a long time, and he says that he has. He also asks whether the two men have been bullying each other, and they both say that they have. He tells them that he saw them bullying one another the last time they were on the set, and now he wants to talk to them about it. They all agree that it's a bad idea for them to bully one another, but they don't want to let the director know about it, because they're afraid that he'll find out about it later on. They also agree that they won't be fighting again, because there's more shooting to be done the next day. The two men then ask each other why they were fighting, and each of them says that it was because they were afraid of the frogs. They then accuse each other of being too arrogant, and all of a sudden, the director says, "What are you two guys doing here?" and they all start fighting again.
