The elder brother is named "the second elder" because he is the brother of the protagonist. The protagonist asks the second brother what he is reading on his bookshelf, and the elder brother replies that he is looking for female psychology, the book that the protagonist is supposed to be using to get a good grade. He then asks the protagonist if he should tell the protagonist to always let the protagonist know that she reigns supreme over the relationship, and if the protagonist feels that he was tricking the protagonist by using the book to wait for her to come out of the room. The second brother says that he does not believe the protagonist's story, because the protagonist did not know he had a second brother until the protagonist said that he had done the same thing 99 times. He says that if he were to fall for the protagonist, he would beat the protagonist up, leave him forever, and ask the protagonist for an explanation.
