The scene opens with a waiter, who introduces himself as "Tap" , complimenting the waiter on his "great outfit choice" . The waiter is a rich boomer, and he is surprised to see that the table setting is so plain. He asks the waiter if the table is "a real example of the rich boomer" and the waiter replies that it is. He then asks if the waiter has been to this restaurant before and is confused by the setting. He tells the waiter that he has not been to such a fancy dinner before and that he does not know what the menu is. When the waiter asks if he needs help, the waiter tells him that he can recommend "something for excellent choice" and if he wants to add "something else" he can do so. When he asks if his wife is doing well, he says that she is doing very well
