He is dressed in a finery coat and hat, and he is very excited to see his new love, Heena, who he has not seen in a long time. He asks Sparkle if she will be surprised when she sees him with his head back in his dress, and Sparkle says that she may be, but that she will probably be delighted. He then asks Sparkle to take a rest in his room so that he can talk to her about something that he has to discuss with her.
