The queen tells the king that she wants to establish diplomatic relations between the two kingdoms. The king is a young, fair, and wise man with the highest magical power. The prince of the Askapura kingdom interrupts the conversation and tells the queen that his kingdom is a small kingdom and cannot compare to her majesty's. He says that he will leave the decision to the queen.
