In this chapter, we learn that Oliver has been interrupted in his training to be a martial artist. Oliver is furious that he has been deprived of the chance to learn more of his martial arts from his teacher. He tells Oliver that he will be taking a leave of absence from the comic for the rest of September while he studies some real-life subjects.
