In this chapter, we find out what happened to Mina when she tried to kill him. Mina explains that she had no idea that she could use a ki-strike to kill someone. She was worried about how Mina would look in the mirror when she didn't have any money or education. Mina realizes that she should be helping Mina, since she was born with a lot of privalege. She tells Mina that she was hungry and alone when she arrived in New York. Mina says that she is happy that she has found a way to help her, since it was very hard for her to survive on her own.
