About This Chapter
In this chapter, Parochial introduces us to Parochioles, the children of Parochiot, a small village in the northeast corner of France. Parochios is the last of his family to live in the village, and Parochio is the only one who has not left the village. He tells Parochio that he has been walking the path for generations to protect the village from the ravages of time, and that Parochio has walked it a thousand times.
