Meanwhile, Ulrich is impatient with Twerpal, who has not yet retrieved the agatha's head. Ulrich laments that he and his friends went beyond the first two worlds and have been betrayed by the "damned place" of the red tower. He is sorry that he did not go with his friends, but says that they are the "pieces" of his game and that none of them can succeed alone. He welcomes the new friends and says that he has enjoyed the time they have spent together. He tells them that he made them a "new friend" out of his "old wawww line ma' sic em . . he says that the fights are not but "a sour wind" and that he is coming for the head of the lopper. He says that zhaania is no good to him now and he is going after her head.
