In this chapter, the narrator introduces us to a new character named "Peach fuzz" . He's a cute little boy who's just been introduced to the world of children's books. The narrator tells us that he's been in school for about a year and a half now, and that he and his friends have been hanging out with a girl named Kim. Kim's the best friend of all the other girls in the class, and she's super popular with the boys at school. Kim and the girl are BFFs, and they've been together since second grade. Kim is super cute, too, and the two of them hang out together all the time. Kim has a crush on Phil, but Phil doesn't seem to like her at all, either.
