It's back to work at Glimmer's place, and it's finally time for the cats to go back to their hiding places. They've been cooped up for a while now, and they're finally ready to get back at it. The cat asks why he's being forced to eat by himself, and the cat answers that he doesn't want to be a tool of the witch's power. He wants to be his own man, and that's exactly what he is. He tells the cat that he'll find his way back to his hiding place, but if he can't, then he won't have a place to go. He's not going to abandon him, he says, and he wants the cat to come to his place, too.
