In this short scene, the hero rescues a stray cat from the streets of New York City. The cat's owner is furious at the rescuer for jumping out of his way to protect his pet. He tells the hero that if the cat is injured, it will be his fault, and that he should be grateful for his help. The hero, however, is not so grateful. He refuses to fight the man who rescued the cat, even though the man has promised to find the "witch" .
