A patrolman and his buddy are looking for a stray cat, but they can't find it. The patrolman tells the buddy that he's allowed to keep the cat because it's a "wildcat," which means it can be returned to the authorities. The buddy is shocked that the patrolman would allow himself to be used as a tool of the authorities, but he'll have to deal with it.
