In this chapter, we learn that the two of them have agreed to help each other in their mission to save the Image Rescue. They've promised to do it together, and now that they're back at the shop, they realize that they don't know each other very well, and that they haven't been paying any attention to each other's needs. They realize that everything they own is because they've been following their sister's lead, and everything that they think they have is just a figment of their imagination. This is the first time that we've seen that we are actually in the middle of a conversation between two adults, and it's clear that this isn't going to be the last time we'll see this.
