The two young men, Roger and Sofie, arrive at the school and find that the girl they're looking for isn't there at all. They ask Roger if he's attracted to her, and he says that he is, but that she doesn't look like a woman. Sofie says that she's not attracted to Roger either, but she does have a strong smell, which they can't figure out is the same thing as a woman's. The two men decide that they need to find out what's going on, so they ask Roger to introduce himself. He's also a guardian, and so they've got a mission: to find the trail of a demon. The demon is thought to have entered the world through a dimension gate. So they'll follow Roger to school, and then they can help each other out.
