In this short scene, the Governess is trying to find out about Atsumori's plans to go to college. She also wants to know about her father's health. The Governess tells her that her father is sick and will not be able to come to her parents' house. She asks her to wait a little longer. She tells her father that he has a case of "benign vertigo" and that he should not worry about her parents.
