This is a locked chapterCHAPTER 20 REVENGE OF THE FAIRIES
About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the remaining nine bomb-making devices will be detonated in the streets of New York City. In order to stop them from going off, they'll have to find and destroy all of them before they can go off. The only way to do this is to find the nine remaining bombs and destroy them all in one fell swoop. The narrator tells the audience that the only place to find all of the remaining bombs is in the shopping mall, where there's gunpowder and a "magic always sensor" that picks up the sound of a bomb's detonation. This is where the "criminal behind this" is hiding, and the narrator tells everyone to "dash everyone" and listen to him. He also tells them that he's been hired by a mysterious "hired help" to watch everything in the mall, and to follow the orders of the hired help. He says that he doesn't want to give him the 15 minutes, so he'll tell the story of how he was hired. The hired help told him to "follow his orders" , and that's how the narrator ended up in the middle of all of this. He's glad that all the other bombs were found out, because it means that "prin and lane" are going to be "spelled out" by the end of the concert.
