It's been a little over two weeks since the rescue of the kingdom, and the fairy-tail guild is back in its new hall. Everyone wants to join, except for Sebastian, who's not yet a member. Sebastian is bummed, because he saw what Sebastian did during the magic, and he wants to be a part of it. He's also bummed that Sebastian isn't the first person to join the group, since they've never turned down a new member before. Sebastian says he's a wizard, and that he doesn't have enough control over his magic to be able to do what he wants. He wants to get back to the business at hand, which is to save the kingdom. Sebastian and the other members of the guild try to figure out what's going on, but they can't figure out how to capture the people who are dumping garbage in the forest. Sebastian tries to calm them down, and they all go off to find the people.
