They've been using magic for the kingdom for six years, and now they want to use it to take over it. This is a huge sacrifice, says dad. He's never been more of a millstone than now, and he can't believe that his daughter has finally stood up to this kind of evil. He tells dad that he was really harsh on his son-in-law when he first came to the rescue, but now that he's seen how much his daughter loves him, he realizes that he shouldn't have been so harsh. He admits that he didn't want to kill his daughter because she was so beloved to him. He says that if the day comes that the world falls down, he won't be able to run away from justice. But there are things that need to be set right, he says, like when fathers protect their daughters. He asks if there were some guards there, and if there was a big number of people involved. He wonders if the guards are witnesses to the whole thing, and wonders if half of them are going to start investing in the kingdom again.
