In this short scene, a young man named Kim Woojin is trying to block a dunk attempt by Sunhoon, but he is unable to do so because of a foul on him. The foul is a free throw, and if the shot does not make it in, the foul is counted as a missed free throw and the player gets another free throw. In this scene, we learn that the foul occurs when a player commits a foul during a shot. If the shot misses, the free throw is given to the player who missed the first one. In other words, if a player fouls someone during the shot, he gets a second chance to make the shot. In the next scene, the young man tells us that in the second half of the game, he sees a foul being committed by Kim woojin, who cannot move forward because of the foul. This is a violation of the rules of basketball, which states that a player cannot pass to another player unless the player passes to the other player. The young man then tells the other players to help him pass, but they do not do so.
