Young and In Love Again Chapter 21 opens with a soliloquy by the "young and in love" boss, who tells the rest of the gang that they've been waiting all day for him to come back. He tells them that he arranged for a settlement with the "saukai clan" regarding the kidnapping. He also tells them about the shady business of scalping tickets on the inter-net. The boss says that he's heard that a lot of the clan's men are "washing their hands" of them. He says that the police are always playing "cat and mouse" with the scalpers. Young and in Love Again chapter 21 ends with the boss saying that he hopes he never meets the "fishy little punk" .
