In this short scene, Desdemona tells the audience that she is in the middle of a sexual encounter with a man she does not name. She tells him that he is a demon and that he has been tormenting her with sexual innuendos. She is afraid that he will hurt her and that she will not be able to control him. She asks him to rub her legs, but he refuses to do so, saying that his legs are "moving on their own" . He then tells her that he wants to kiss her, but she is unable to give him a kiss because she is pregnant. She then tells him to leave the man to his fate.
