We learn that, when he was little, he swore that if he could not leave his name as a hero in the history, he would have to make people forget him as "a scoundrel" , and this is why he has chosen to pretend to leave. This is why, he says, he gave the bracelet to the monk. The bracelet contains seventeen beads, made of the bodhi seeds. The beads are from the teeth of deceased masters, and the monk is the first person ever to possess the bracelet. The monk says that he hopes that the monk will not betray his predecessors, but the monk says he does not want anything other than the bracelet, which is the only thing he has on him. He tells the monk that he is a good person and that the Buddha is an important position in the zodiac. He says that the bracelet is precious, but as long as it is used for good cause, he believes that even the Buddha will accept it
