The scene opens with a flashback to the early days of Nemo's life, when Nemo and his younger brother, Akito, were inseparable. Nemo was the eldest baby in the family, so he would often cry when he was younger. Nemo, however, is the younger brother. He thanks Nemo for treating him like a brother, and he says that he would like to be treated like one of his own younger brothers. Nemo asks if it's okay for him to pay for his own food, and Nemo replies that it isn't like it is, but that he has enough money to do so. Nemo says that his pride stands for it, and that he's glad that Nemo is willing to treat him like that. He also says that Nemo was mistaken about the doctor's treatment of him. Nemo then asks if he can send him a picture of his nipples, which he says is "so embarssing" that it makes him blush. He says that the doctor is using his picture to "scare" him into sending it. He then says that they've finished all the tests and preparations for surgery and have returned to the office.
