Millennium

The monk tells his father that the men have come to arrest him for witchcraft. The monk says that they were right to go to the abbey to investigate the witches. He says that he will be able to get rid of his ghoul the next day after mass. The two men agree to have a talk about the story of how they came to be, and then they will discuss the compensation they will receive for their part in the witch hunt.
