About This Chapter
The two exchange pleasantries about hinata's coffee, bread, and the fact that they're both uni rejectees. The two decide to meet again at the train station, but first, they have to ask each other a few questions about their situation. The first question is, "What is it that you want?" The second question is "Why do you want to meet me?" Hinata says that she wants to meet him because she doesn't want him to say that he still has doubts about her. The third question is whether there are other people in the world who know about the two of them. Hinata replies that she hasn't met her family because her mother comes to the house at night to do the household work. The only other person who knows about her family is her sick friend, who has written in her diary that she "wants to die" . She says that if someone sees her diary, they'll know that she's sick. The second part of the question is about whether they can get treatment for their amnesia if they get it. The answer is "seriously so pessistic not that I would," and the third part is about "stop one of us," or "we could be combined" into a new person. The final question is: "Don't you like her?" The two agree that they do.
