The next morning, Hirokazu wakes up to find that he has to go to the doctor's office to tell him what has happened. He tells the doctor that he is in love with a woman named Hinata, and he asks the doctor to tell her the reason why she is avoiding him. The doctor tells him that he will wash the plates for him, and the two of them go off to meet up. Hiroko asks if the hunk who came to visit him is his cousin, and Hiroko replies that he looks a bit alike. The two go on to tell each other about a time when they had lunch together, and how they had met up with a girl who was Hiroko's patient. When the girl left, Hiroko asked who she was, and when she did not seem sick, they left an impression upon each other. When Hiroko returned to the cafe, he saw the girl taking shelter in the rain. He wants to know how he can save her, because she is his girlfriend.
