In this chapter, we learn that the two teachers are going out for drinks. The narrator asks the teacher if he can practice sex with him. The teacher replies that he can, but that he doesn't drink. He asks if the two of them have tried their limit of time together, and the narrator says that he would like to know more about the other teacher. The two teachers talk about their mutual love for each other, and when the teacher asks if she is attached to Mr. Makihara, the teacher says that she is because she likes him.
