The narrator complains that he's exhausted from the previous day's activities and that he doesn't want to go back to school. He asks if he can have some food to eat. The narrator says that he once wanted to be a chef, but that he couldn't do it because of the way Mr. Man treats him. He tells the narrator to go wash his hands before he eats so that he won't be tempted to eat his food again. He says that his food is so good that it makes him want to eat more, even though it's not his favorite food. He wants to punch himself in the guts for being so mad, but the narrator tells him not to worry, because he'll just eat whatever he wants. He'll make sure to write down everything he wants to eat on a piece of paper so that if anything comes to mind, he can write it down.
