He tells Tommo that he just wanted to snap a few photos of himself, and that he's going to take them to the dry-cleaners himself. He then asks if Tommo likes this look more than his usual appearance. He says that if he doesn't like it, he'll stop wearing it, but if he does, Tommo will have to serve him well with his nipples. He suggests that Tommo squeeze the nipple of his "hot" sister, who he says is "overloaded" with cute things. He wants to serve her well, he says, but he can't because she's so full of cute things that he has no time to do anything but squeeze her.
