The narrator introduces himself as "Miyoshi" , and introduces himself to his new boss, "hakamada" . He tells her that he's a new employee at the firm, and that he and her brother, "keigo," are going to be working together for three months. He's happy to be a part of the company's family, he tells her, and he promises to show her how to get to the bathroom. When she asks him to leave, he says he'll show her the way, but first he has to apologize for being a little slow. When he gets back to the office, he finds a piece of paper dropped on the floor. He apologizes for being slow, and says that someone must have dropped it there. He promises to make sure that he doesn't get caught in the same mistake as his boss. The narrator is surprised to learn that his brother worked for a client of the firm.
