In this chapter, we learn that the mayor and his wife are in love with each other. They've decided to get married in the middle of nowhere, on a tiny island off the coast of Africa. The mayor is excited to be back on his own island, and the couple is psyched to be married. They plan to have a honeymoon on the island and honeymoon in the country afterwards.
