In this scene, Dr. Rivers and Dr. Bledsoe discuss the possibility of a sexual encounter between the two of them in the doctor's hut. Rivers is drunk and refuses to open the door to the hut because he is afraid that the woman in the hut will be able to see them. When the doctor tries to kiss Rivers, he is unable to do so because he cannot stand up. Rivers then tells the woman that he has fallen in love with her and that he wants to touch her again. The woman, who is drunk, refuses, saying that she is a "wicked woman" and that she cannot do such a thing because she is afraid of the al-cohol. Rivers tries to convince the woman to kiss him, but she refuses. He then tells her that they cannot do it because they are both afraid that she will be unable to stand up if they touch her. Rivers says that they can do it if the woman can stand up, but if she can't, then they must do it in the "fishing hut" . Rivers asks the woman if she likes to have sex, and she says that she does, but that she doesn't like to squelch it. Rivers tells her to "snort" , which means to squelch the sexual
