In this short scene, we learn that Hirokazu's boss, Todano, is a big fan of Hirohito. He likes the fact that he can hug him as often as he likes, and he also likes that he has a flag in his lunch box. Hirokazuma, however, doesn't seem to like the idea of a flag at all. He says that he used to eat lunch with a flag, but now that he's with his boss, he can't eat with one. He also says that when he moved from Togashi tokyo, he was told not to speak in the dialect of his new home because it was associated with "stand-up comedians" . Now, he says, he'll say for him what he wants to say in the way he wants it to be said.
