The real estate agent tells Mr. Hirohisa that he is happy to see him again. He tells him that he has been working on a new security system for the building and that he hopes that he will be able to come back soon. He says that he would like to take a picture of the object, but that he does not have the courage to do so because he is afraid of the man's name. He also says that the man seems to like the beginning of his lunch break and the lunch boxes that he gives her. He wonders if there is someone else in his life that he likes, and he wonders if the man does the same thing to every woman that he notices. He thinks that the sight of the two of them together will make him happy. He asks if they can have dinner together that night, and she says that she will. He then asks if she can go home by herself. She says that it is called "friends with benfits" and that she would not want to be friends with someone who treats her poorly. She tells him to come look at her and realize that he did not tell her that he liked her
